Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction as a customer is vitally important to us and we do realize that issues arise. Our Return Policy is clearly listed here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have an issue that may require additional customer service.

Proper measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. To guide you in measuring your dog and choosing the right dogs, we provide sizing charts for our dog vests, leashes, collars and harnesses.

Because we realize that measuring a dog is not always easy, we make ourselves available through our Contact Information via email or you may call us at (239) 348.0800 to answer any questions or assist you in the process. We are dedicated to helping you find the right size for your pet.

Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us. Include your date of purchase and a description of the defective merchandise. We will rectify the situation. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours for receipt. Please save all packing material for inspection.

To avoid exchanges,we suggest you double check all measurements before ordering or contact our customer service department with any questions before placing an order. In the event a return is necessary, we will gladly oblige as long as the following conditions are met: 1) The merchandise has not been used. 2) The merchandise was not purchased more than 30 days before the postmarked return. 3) The merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with sizing tags.  4) The returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition. (We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, etc.)

Back Order / Discontinued Items: In some infrequent situations, we may take your order and later discover that the item is not available (i.e., out of stock or discontinued). In such cases we will notify you immediately by phone or e-mail about the issue. You will have the option to cancel the order, to wait for back order, or to revise your order. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors.

For Custom Dog Clothing Only:

The key to the fit is in the measuring. For our custom made clothing, the clothing item is made to your measurements. If you have any questions about measuring, contact us before you send us your sizing information.

Just like people, dogs come in different shapes and sizes. Once you receive your custom order, contact us immediately with any problems. If you have a problem with the fit, we make every effort to work with you on resolving the problem. If the sizing mistake was in the customer’s error in measuring, we cannot guarantee replacement.

Any clearance, sale, personalized, custom order, costumes or holiday items will not be accepted for return.

If you do not receive your merchandise within 21 days of your original order, please contact us immediately.

You are responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs.

We will accept a return or exchange on clothing items once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

All sales are final. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Donna Devlin Designs. We do not issue refunds for any purchases but do offer store credit for future purchases. Every effort is made to accommodate returns for sizing issues but is solely at our discretion and our policy is store credit only.

Return Instructions: We recommend shipping your item back with a carrier that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please note that you are responsible for shipping & handling charges when returning to Donna Devlin Designs.

1. Send us an email with the following information to: info@donnadevlindesignscom.

Name, Address, Order #, Product Name and details (size and color/pattern if applicable), and reason for your exchange.

2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via e-mail.

3. Please clearly mark the box with your RA# and pack all materials along with your packing receipt.

Payment Policy
Donna Devlin Designs securely accepts Pay Pal and e-checks through Pay Pal. We also accept checks and money orders.  A 7% sales tax is automatically added to all orders shipped to any address within the State of Florida. Sales tax is charged only if the ship-to address is in Florida. Sales tax is not charged for gifts purchased using a Florida billing address but shipped outside of Florida.
