 Company Policies

Your satisfaction as a customer is vitally important to us. However, we do realize that issues arise. Our company policies are clearly listed here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have an issue that may require additional assistance.

Minimum Orders:

All orders require a minimum purchase of $300 for NEW accounts.  There is no minimum order requirement thereafter for existing customers who are re-ordering.

Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) POLICY:

At Donna Devlin Designs, we are passionately committed to our dedicated business partners, loyal customers and their pets.  In order to maintain the integrity of our brand and fairness amongst the different retail outlets selling our line, we have determined a MSRP.  We kindly expect all retailers to adhere to this policy and price Donna Devlin Designs products accordingly. Selling above MSRP is supported but we ask that items are not priced below the suggested price.    We respectfully ask that you not sell our products on Ebay or other similar sites.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us. Include your date of purchase and a description of the defective merchandise so that we may rectify the situation. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours for receipt. Please save all packing material for inspection.

To avoid returns, we suggest you double check all measurements before ordering or contact our customer service department with any questions before placing an order. In the event a return is necessary, we will gladly oblige as long as the following conditions are met: 1) The merchandise has not been used. 2) The merchandise was not purchased more than 30 days before the postmarked return. 3) The merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with sizing tags.  4) The returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition. (We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, etc.)

If you find that a pattern or item is not selling for you the way you thought it would, simply exchange it for another one of equal value. We will gladly oblige as long as the following conditions are met: The merchandise returned for exchange must be in its original packaging, complete with sizing tags, unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition. (We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, etc. You will receive a store credit which will remain active for 120 days from the day Donna Devlin Designs receives the merchandise. Any clearance, sale, personalized, custom order, costumes, or holiday items will not be accepted for return or exchanges. 

Back Order / Discontinued Items:

 In some infrequent situations, we may take your order and later discover that the item is not available (i.e., out of stock or discontinued). In such cases we will notify you immediately by phone or e-mail about the issue. You will have the option to cancel the order, to wait for back order, or to revise your order. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors.

Any clearance, sale, personalized, custom order, costumes or holiday items will not be accepted for return.

If you do not receive your merchandise within 21 days of your original order, please contact us immediately.

You are responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs.

We will accept a return or exchange on items once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

All sales are final. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Donna Devlin Designs. We do not issue refunds for any purchases but do offer store credit for future purchases.

Return Instructions: We recommend shipping your item back with a carrier that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please note that you are responsible for shipping & handling charges when returning to Donna Devlin Designs.

  1. Send us an email with the following information to: sales@donnadevlindesigns.com

Name, Address, Order #, Product Name and details (size and color/pattern if applicable), and reason for your exchange.

  1. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via e-mail.
  2. Please clearly mark the box with your RA# and pack all materials along with your packing receipt.

Payment Policy
Donna Devlin Designs securely accepts Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

Donna Devlin Designs attempts to ship within 48 hours of order.  Domestic orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground Service or insured USPS.  Expedited shipping can be accommodated via UPS overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day services upon request and for an additional charge.  All orders are shipped from Florida.  Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders under $300.00.  We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $300.00 (in the continental U.S. only)
